Do I Have a Qualifying Medical Condition?
To qualify for SSDI under the Social Security Act, you must have a medical condition (physical or mental) and/or impairment or condition or a combination of two or more health issues which are so severe that singularly or in combination they prevent you from performing any of the jobs that you have held in the past 15 years as a typical worker. Additionally, your health problems must prevent you from performing any other job generally available in the economy, taking into account your age, education and prior work experience.
